We currently provide shipping to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates).

Standard shipping takes an estimated 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.

Orders placed after 2pm CDT on Friday are processed on the following Monday.

Currently, we are unable to ship internationally.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We use standard logistics providers for shipping your items. You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send to you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package on the provider’s website using the provided links.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@furrion.com.

Returns & Refunds

U.S. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

30 day Money back/ satisfaction guarantee

When returning an item, please note the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Only items purchased directly from Furrion.com can be returned. Products purchased from any of our third-party vendors (including but not limited to Amazon, etrailer, Camping World, Walmart, Best Buy) must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.
  • Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are repackaged in the original condition, in original packaging with all the documentation and accessories that came with it.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • You must contact Furrion before returning products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • Furrion shall have the right to charge a restocking fees of 20% of the product value.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To return an item to Furrion, please email us at support@furrion.com to register your return.

Please include your original order number in the email and ensure that the item is returned within 30 days.

No refunds will be issued until the item is received in its original packaging (with its documentation and accessories).

REFUNDS

Once we receive and verify the condition of your product, a refund is initiated. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. For credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

REPLACING ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY

Items ordered on Furrion.com that arrived faulty can be returned by contacting support@furrion.com. On receiving your request, our team will contact you to determine the defect, what is needed for repair or replacement and to validate the warranty.

After successful validation, we will send the replacement part or product as appropriate and may include a return tag for the defective item.

FURRION WARRANTY POLICY

Furrion products come with different manufacturer warranties covering manufacture defect. Warranty information is mentioned in the user manual of each specific product. You can find the user manual of your product on the Furrion website through this link. In case you are unable to find the user manual on our website you can send an enquiry to support@furrion.com.

Your original receipt or order number acts as proof of date of purchase. Furrion’s warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, misinstallation, or normal wear and tear.
