In 2016, Furrion built a solar array to power its US headquarters, allowing us to be become completely self-sustainable and powered by renewable energy. Our vision for sustainability extends beyond our own operations and includes expanding our infrastructure to solar farms, off-grid housing and smart city ecosystems.
Furrion’s first R&D team is created to focus on the development and manufacturing of solar panels, lithium batteries and energy management systems.
Furrion pledges support to non-profit organization Trees for the Future® by planting a tree for every product sold. Since 2013, we have planted over 100,000 trees.Start Shopping
We launch our first solar panel products and begin supplying the recreational vehicle industry with off-grid energy solutions.
We build our first solar farm complete with over 700 Furrion solar panels that supply 100 percent of ICIT’s energy requirements. The solar farm produces an excess amount of energy that is then resupplied to the public grid.
